How do I get started with Schantt?

Getting started is simple:

1. Sign up for free - Create your account and access the Demo plan immediately.

2. Set up your production environment - Define your stages, machines, and products.

3. Create your first schedule - Choose Auto, Semi-Auto, or Manual mode to generate optimized schedules.

No credit card required to start. Purchase a plan when you need more capacity.

How do subscriptions work?

Schantt uses a subscription-based model:

Monthly billing: Pay month-to-month with the flexibility to cancel anytime.

Annual billing: Save 20% by paying for a full year upfront.

Your subscription gives your entire team access - only the team administrator needs a paid subscription. Other team members can be invited to collaborate at no additional cost.

Does everyone in my team need a subscription?

No! One subscription covers your entire team.

The team administrator applies a single subscription to the team, then invites other members to collaborate. Invited members can view schedules, participate in planning, and use all features without needing their own subscription.

Each plan has a user limit (e.g., 5 users for Standard, 10 users for Premium per team).

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept most major payment methods through our payment partner Paddle:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

PayPal: Available in supported regions

Wire Transfer: Available for Enterprise plans

How do I get a receipt or invoice?

Purchase a higher-tier plan: You can purchase a higher-tier plan. The new subscription becomes effective immediately.

Enterprise customers: Contact our sales team for custom capacity arrangements and flexible plan options.
